The Chinese Buddhist temple is a revered place of worship in Singapore. The religious place has been designed to reflect centuries-old Buddhist cultural art & history. Constructed in 2007, the temple is home to Lord Buddha’s tooth relic found in Kushinagar, India. The temple’s architecture is based on various elements of the Tang Dynasty.
The sacred place has a museum which houses sacred artifacts related to the Buddha. The main attraction, the Buddha tooth relic, is placed in a stupa made from 320 kg of gold weighing 3500 kilograms. However, only monks can enter the relic chamber. Tourists can view the tooth from a public viewing area.

If you are on a Singapore city tour, head to the scenic garden located on the highest hill in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Spread over three hectares, it is home to over 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrid plants/flowers. However, only a few plants and flowers are on display for the public.
The plants are placed in four color zones. Spring zone has flowers in gold & yellow shades. Summer zone houses flowers in red & pink. The Autumn zone has flowers of matured shades, and the Winter zone displays flowers mostly in white & violet shades.

It is a Nature Park of 101 hectares of land in the Central region of Singapore. This park is situated adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. It is mainly divided into Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden, and Bay Central Garden.
This garden’s main attraction is the huge flower dome, considered the largest glass greenhouse in the world. It is a hub of many exotic Mediterranean flowers and plants in semi-arid regions from 5 different counties. Night Safari Wildlife Park is one of the most exciting tourist attractions in Singapore. It opens at night and gives you a thrilling view of nocturnal species. It was established in 1994 and occupies 35 hectares of the rainforest that lies next to the Singapore Zoo and Upper Seletar Reservoir.
The Night Safari Zoo provides a home to almost 900 animals representing around 100 species, including the Malayan Tapir and the Malayan Tiger. It is a home for 41% of threatened species. The zoo has a fantastic tram service that includes a 60 min drive through different geographical zones. The animals which cannot be seen by tram can be seen through the walking trails.

Marina Bay is a huge and integrated resort that is located in the Downtown district of Singapore. It is considered to be the world’s most expensive Casino property, which is owned by Las Vegas Sands Corporation. It contains around 500 tables and 1600 slot machines.

A huge bird sanctuary in Jurong, Singapore, covers an area of 0.2 square kilometers. It specifically lies on the peak of Jurong Hill, which is considered to be the highest point in the Jurong region. The park is a home for 12,000 birds consisting of around 500 species.
The main spot to sneak into is the waterfall Aviary. It mainly attracts the birds from Africa like African glossy starlings, turacos, white-necked rockfowl and is considered the second-largest walk-in-aviary in the world.

If you are someone looking to explore the diverse ethnicity in the Lion City, Mariamman Temple is one of the places to visit in Singapore. It is considered as one of the oldest temples in Singapore, built in the Dravidian style. It is a Hindu temple located on South Bridge Road and has been listed as a National Monument.

Singapore Grand Prix is a platform for motor racing and a part of the F.I.A. Formula One World Championship. It is one of the first street circuit designed in Asia for Formula One races. The track covers 305 kilometers and has 90 degree turns but with a high degree of variability and quick service and direction changes.

Located in front of Fullerton Hotel, Merlion Park is an iconic landmark in Singapore first unveiled on 15 Sep 1972. Merlion is a mythical creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish. The 8.6 meters tall is located at the waterfront of the park. Created by Lim Nang Seng, the 70-tonne concrete statue reflects the name ‘lion city’ in Malay.

Helix Bridge, also known as Double Helix, is a pedestrian bridge that connects Marina Center with the Marina South. It is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Singapore at night. The bridge depicts the human D.N.A. structure, representing a series of the Illuminating double helix structure.
The colored letters C, G, and A, T light up beautifully at night. They light up in shades of green and red, depicting the four bases of D.N.A. cytosine, guanine, adenine, and thymine. The total length of the bridge is 280 meters and weighs almost 650 tonnes.
It is one of the best spots to go for a walk as it lays a wonderful panoramic view of the complete platform, promoting the concept of ‘rebirth’ and ‘growth.’
